Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for both domestic and international orders:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1–7 business days, here we use busses and cargo.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days special delivery by using buss.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in in Dar es Salaam. Orders placed before will be delivered the same day.
International Shipping: Available to near countries like Kenya Uganda Rwanda and Burundi in East Africa. Delivery time varies by destination.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping: The cost of shipping within Tanzania will be calculated at checkout based on the class (shipping class) of your order and the selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over amount selected right on that time, and delivery is free for Dar es Salaam customers.
Expedited Shipping: It depends to the distance/ buss you are going to use for delivery.
Same-Day Delivery: 20,000Tsh but it may vary depending to buss and distance from where you are for order placed before 04:00PM.
International Shipping: The cost for international shipping depends on the destination country and the shipping method. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to their orders.
Processing Time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment.
Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions).
For pre-order items or items that are out of stock, the processing time may be extended. This information will be communicated to you via email once your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Domestic Orders:
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 04:00 PM.
International Orders:
Delivery time for international orders depends on the shipping method and destination country. Most international orders will arrive within 7–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please follow these steps:
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in resolving the situation.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Return to Sender Information
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the order. If the order is not claimed or you choose not to pay for the reshipment, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
