Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all regions in Tanzania. For larger items, we use reliable bus cargo or courier services for upcountry delivery.

How long does delivery take?

  • Dar es Salaam: 1–3 working hours

  • Other regions: 1–2 working days for buses or 1 – 5 days for cargo truck

How much is the delivery fee?

  • Dar es Salaam: Starting at Tsh 3,000 depending on location

  • Upcountry: Based on item size and transport method (charged by bus or courier service)

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details or a delivery confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
